Empowering girls to view their education with positivity, to be able to learn and study without emotional pressure and do their homework, assignments and exams without anxiety and unnecessary pressures
Learning can feel overwhelming and cause anxiety - and this is normal - but it is possible to learn ways to make it rewarding. There are lots of different techniques for learning and one or more may be right for you and others wrong - finding your way will help you. It might help you to hear from others about what you are capable of and what you can achieve. But working out your own capabilities for yourself is really valuable. It is important not to benchmark yourself against others - we are all good at different things. If it all gets too much there are places that can help with these feelings.
