Loss of your baby before its lived its life can leave you in a wreck. It can leave you feeling isolated as you may not have even told those close to you that you were pregnant and so you may not feel you can share the pain of your loss. Its ok to take time to process your emotions and what has happened within your body, and there are women who've been through the same thing who want to help you through resources such as those below.

is a registered charity offering a pregnancy counselling and support service to women and families who have lost a baby through miscarriage, termination, still birth, they offer counselling for birth trauma, infertility, post natal depression. They support those experiencing a crisis pregnancy, offering a decision making process without judgement.
