Helping women feel supported in dealing with the loss of friends and loved ones

The hardest thing about getting older can be the loss of friends and loved ones. Ageing brings with it more deaths and at some point it can start to feel like we've lost so many of those that we loved. That we've lost so many people that provided friendship and company and support, and that really truly new us. Death of friends and loved ones can therefore bring a sense of loneliness and our identity has been altered. An important part of mourning can be to explore what gaps need to be filled and to know that you don't need to grieve alone.
